The summery aromas of marasca cherry and red berries reveal a wine with a velvety, full-bodied taste and with different shades, which highlight a new aspect of the connection with Sicily: the intensity of single-varietal Nero d’Avola.

Sicily has experienced a dry autumn and winter, followed by a dry spring. The summer was hot with no rainfall.
From the first week of September to the fourth week of September.
Aer destemming and gentle crushing, the grapes are transferred to fermentation tanks for skin maceration at a temperature of 24-28°C for about 10 days. After racking, malolactic fermentation takes place. The wine then ages for at least 3 months in tanks and one month in the bottle before release.
Deep ruby red with purple tinges.
Fresh, well-balanced aromas of marasca cherry, cherry plum and blackcurrant.
It is assertive yet fresh on the palate, with a juicy taste and pleasant freshness that ensures easy drinking.
This wine pairs well with red meat, roasts, and medium mature cheeses.
