When we indulge in a moment of pleasure by enjoying a dessert, the choice of a wine to pair with it is often not easy. To get it right, the rule about food and wine pairings is that of harmony rather than contrast. To delight our palate to perfection, a dessert should be enjoyed with a wine having the right sugar content, such Morsi di Luce Florio, which will ensure the right perception of sweetness on the palate.
