Ingredients:
– 3 Small Tigellas
– 100 gr Smoked salmon
– Chives
– Sour cream
– Pepper
Step 1 – Cut the tigellas through the middle and brown the cut sides lightly in a non-stick pan. Once cold, fill with the smoked salmon, dust with fresh-ground pepper and a spoonful of sour cream.
Step 2 – Rinse the chives well. Dry, and use to decorate your tigellas.
Step 3 – These little delights will provide a light, tasty lunch break, especially if accompanied by a glass of chilled Corvo Bianco. Complete your lunch with a vitamin-C rich kiwi fruit. Bon appétit!
