In 2024, Sicily experienced a dry autumn and winter, followed by a dry spring. The summer was hot, with no rainfall and significant temperature variations between day and night.
The grapes were harvested on the end of August.

Following fermentation, the wine remains in contact with its fine lees, resulting from the lysis of fermentation yeasts, for at least 4 months. It then undergoes bottle aging for at least one month before release.
Bright yellow in colour with greenish tinges.
Rich in Mediterranean aromas, with hints of aromatic herbs and marine notes.
It is pleasantly fresh, fruity and slightly tangy on the palate with a very long finish.
It is ideal for light and sophisticated lunches.
To be paired with fish starters, crustaceans, raw seafood, delicate fish-based first courses, grilled fish and white meat dishes.
