The Duca di Salaparuta & Corvo Wine Cellars in Casteldaccia, in the province of Palermo, present a new programme of wine tasting events for the period from 1 April to 31 October 2021. Wine tourism and design enthusiasts will be able to choose between several types of Tours of the Casteldaccia Wine Cellars, held either in person or remotely, thanks to a Brand new service: a virtual Wine Cellar Tour hosted live by our Hospitality team! A new way of experiencing the Wine Cellar from the comfort of home, in a safe and engaging way, for wine lovers and anyone else.
LIVE-STREAMED TOURS

- THE TOUR WITH LIVE-STREAMED TASTING
Our guide will show visitors around the Wine Cellars step by step via live streaming. Visitors will be taken on an evocative journey through barrels, barriques and kegs to learn more about the history of the company and its people, its strong connection with the local area and the cutting-edge technology it uses so that it can offer natural products. Price: € 35 per connection.

- ONLINE TASTINGS FOR SCHOOLS
For schools, an innovative, fully digital tour is available so that pupils don’t miss out on the opportunity to explore the highlights of the historic Wine Cellar and delve into topics related to wine production, history and art. This activity takes place on Zoom, Google Meet or any online videoconferencing platform, and the class will have the chance to interact live with the virtual tour guide. Pupils can participate either from school or from home, in the morning or in the afternoon.
Cost: this activity has a flat rate connection fee of € 100.

A guided tour of the Wine Cellars + a tasting of 4 iconic wines of the Duca di Salaparuta line: Bianca di Valguarnera, Nawàri, Duca Enrico and Ala, with small food pairings.
